1. ELIGIBILITY
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- ✓Your purchase was made within the last 30 days
- ✓This is your first refund request for NerdyNote
- ✓Your account has not been terminated for Terms of Service violations
2. HOW_TO_REQUEST_A_REFUND
To request a refund, follow these steps:

3. REFUND_PROCESSING
Once approved, refunds are processed as follows:
- ›Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- ›Processing time: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
- ›You'll receive email confirmation when the refund is processed
4. POST_REFUND_ACCESS
After a refund is processed:
- ›Your account will revert to Evaluation mode
- ›Existing notes will remain accessible (within free tier limits)
- ›You can export your data at any time
5. EXCEPTIONS
Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:
- ✕Request made after 30 days from purchase
- ✕Multiple refund requests from the same user
- ✕Account terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- ✕Evidence of abuse or fraudulent activity
