NerdyNote is operated by NerdyNote Systems ("we", "us", or "our"). We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. SERVICE_DESCRIPTION

NerdyNote is a cloud-based markdown note-taking application designed for keyboard-first workflows. The Service includes:

• ›Cloud synchronization across devices
• ›Virtual file system organization
• ›Keyboard-driven navigation

3. USER_ACCOUNTS

To use NerdyNote, you must create an account using Google Authentication. You are responsible for:

• ›All activities that occur under your account
• ›Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. SUBSCRIPTION_AND_PAYMENT

NerdyNote offers the following plans:

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a license, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. All prices are in USD.

5. ACCEPTABLE_USE

You agree not to use the Service to:

• ✕Store or transmit illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• ✕Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• ✕Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• ✕Reverse engineer or decompile the Service

6. INTELLECTUAL_PROPERTY

You retain ownership of all content you create using NerdyNote. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your notes or data.

The NerdyNote name, logo, and all related trademarks are the property of NerdyNote Systems. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.

7. DATA_AND_PRIVACY

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect your information.

8. LIMITATION_OF_LIABILITY

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data before termination.
